Job description

For our Casino in the heart of Ostend, we are looking for additional support in our box office team.

As cashier of the games room, you are the point of contact responsible for the correct (out) payments to our customers.

Thanks to intensive training by our staff, you will become a pro in no time!

Profile
  • Besides Dutch, you can also fix yourself in French and English
  • You are a team player and especially enjoy being around people
Job-related Competences
  • Checking the till at the start of the working day
    Counting the till contents at closure
  • Collect customer comments (reception, price, waiting time, etc.)
    Transfer comments to the appropriate person (cashier, ...)
  • Receiving payments
  • Informing the customer about the services on sale (discount, delivery, free credit, loyalty card)
