Job description
As a technician / do-it-yourselfer / jack-of-all-trades, you will be deployed in our casino for a variety of tasks:
- small repairs
- move
- construction and dismantling of our summer terrace
- receipt of deliveries

Profile
- You can always work hands-on, driven and goal-oriented;
- You can communicate very well in Dutch, French or English
- You can think pragmatically and in a solution-oriented way;
- Preferably, you have a driving licence B;
- You are a team player.
Job-related Competences
- Identify defects on an installation (lighting, heating, plumbing, etc.)
- Remove, install or repair floor and wall coverings (tiles, parquet, panelling, skirting boards, etc.)
- Install or adapt safety or signalling elements (emergency signalling, sprinklers, emergency lighting, etc.)
- Performing maintenance of: Business premises
- Applying paint to the floor (corridors, protected passages, sports grounds, etc.)
- Monitoring inventory, identifying shortages
Placing orders - Check and maintain the sanitary installation, central heating and hot water production
- Communicating with building users, suppliers, subcontractors, ...
- Maintaining green areas and outdoor spaces
- Maintain and repair electrical installations (lighting, ventilation, intercom, etc.)
- Preparing the substrate (walls, woodwork, etc.) and applying the intermediate and finishing coats of paint
- Repair or replace handles, glass, rails, etc. of doors and windows
- Dismantle or assemble furniture, sports infrastructure, partitions, false ceilings, ...
