Job description
For our gourmet restaurant called Brassi (winner Shrimp Croquettes Festival 2021) in Casino Ostend, we are looking for a dishwasher.
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for:
- Dishes and hygiene of china, cutlery and kitchen equipment
- You clean the kitchen machines, the workshop and the kitchen
- You pass on orders of cleaning products to the person in charge
- You sort waste according to regulations
- You can be deployed in support during the mise-en-place
You and your team will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen tidy and maintained.
Profile
Experience is not a must, motivation will do!
